Griffin is a Ph.D. student in the Kahlert School of Computing (Robotics Track) and is advised by Dr. Tucker Hermans. He is part of our ongoing collaboration with Dr. Hermans’ lab investigating the use of magnetically induced eddy currents for robotic manipulation, and can often be found. Griffin’s research is focused on motion planning and optimization methods in this project. Before coming to Utah, he spent two years helping friends compete on the television show BattleBots: End Game based out of New Zealand and BloodSport based out of Boston.
